Class Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the class you've enrolled in. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation by the Parent / Guardian / Participant:

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in the class, you must notify us via email at least 30 days prior to the start date of the class.

Cancellations received within 30 days of the class start date may be subject to a partial refund, which will be determined based on administrative and operational costs.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations made prior to 30 days of the class start date will be eligible for a refund minus an administration fee, which will be clearly communicated at the time of cancellation, typically $80, for most classes.

Partial refund may be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the class start date, which will be determined based on administrative and operational costs.

No refund will be offered after the class has commenced.
Transfer of Enrollment:

If you are unable to attend the class you've enrolled in, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future session of the same class (if available) within 12 months from the original class start date.

Transfer requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the original class start date.

Class Cancellation by Organizer:

In the unlikely event that the class is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, participants will be notified promptly.

In such cases, participants will have the option to transfer their enrollment to a future session or receive a full refund.

No Shows:
Participants who do not attend the class without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or transfer of enrollment.

Refund Processing:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation notification.​

Changes to Cancellation Policy:
The organizer reserves the right to modify or amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants through email or updated on the program website.
