• Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and spots are subject to availability, unless otherwise specified in the program details.

• Program fees are to be paid in advance, as outlined in the program details.

• Payment methods accepted may include credit/debit cards, checks, or electronic transfers.

• Fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the program refund policy.

• Participants are expected to attend the program regularly and arrive promptly at the designated start time.

• Parents or guardians should notify the program staff in case of planned absences or late arrivals.

• All participants are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior towards fellow participants, staff, and facility property.

• Disruptive behavior, bullying, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.

• Participants must be in good health and free of any contagious illness to attend the program.

• Emergency contact information and relevant medical details must be provided during registration.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

• Parents or guardians are encouraged to communicate with program staff regarding any concerns or feedback.

By enrolling in the program, you grant permission for your child's image and work to be used in program-related promotional materials and on the program's website.

• The program reserves the right to modify schedules, activities, or instructors as needed, with advance notice to participants.

• The program reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made.

• Participants and their parents/guardians agree to release and hold harmless the program, its staff, and the facility from any claims arising from participation in the program.

The program reserves the right to terminate a participant's enrollment due to persistent violations of the code of conduct or failure to adhere to program guidelines.
